Collect Application Form
Visit our school office to collect a physical application form. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have and ensure that you have all the necessary information to complete your application.
Other Documents Required:
- Copy of the applicant’s birth certificate/ID book
- Copy of the most recent report
- Current statement of school fees/ financial clearance form
- Copy of both parent’s/guardian’s ID books
- Recent proof of residence
You will receive an email confirming that we have the application, and it will be forwarded to the Principals for acceptance.
